ITIL® 4 Foundation
The ITIL® 4 Foundation course is positioned at entry level, designed to introduce you to a new understanding of IT Service Management through a Service Value System (SVS) – the SVS describes holistically how IT can contribute towards business goals. The ITIL® 4 Foundation course also also incorporates concepts from other leading frameworks, such as Lean, DevOps and Agile.
**This 2.5 day training includes the course and the examination as a package**.
